Schedule of Events:
Friday August 28:
9:00 AM or after: Setup for early birds
Venders please donate item for auction on Sat. at this time
8:00 PM: Presentation about fluorescent minerals by Dino Zack, followed by free kid's fluorescent mineral hunt
Saturday August 29:
Early AM: Complementary donuts and coffee provided to dealers.
Silent Auctions all day
9:00 - 4:30: Swapping and selling
9:00 AM: Collecting field trip to Powers Farm for doubly terminated Black Tourmaline crystals; PPE* required. Ages 8 and older; limited to 20.
*PPE: Personal protective equipment. E.g., no shorts; closed-toed shoes only, no flip-flops or clogs.
Sunday, August 30:
Silent Auctions all day
9:00 - 3:00: Swapping and selling
Free wire-wrapping classes
2 PM: Raffle drawings for custon hand-crafted grill and amethyst cathedral
3 PM: End of Show
Vendor costs:
Inside building - $35.00 per table for the weekend
($25.00 per table if you provide your own table)
Outside building - $30.00 per table for the weekend
($20.00 per table if you provide your own table)
General public admission:
Adults: $5.00 cash at the door
Children 12 and under: FREE
Food truck on site both days--lunches, snacks, refreshments
