Schedule of Events:
Friday August 21:
12:00 or after: Setup for early birds
Dealers please donate item for auction on Sat. at this time
8:30: Presentation fluorescent minerals by Dino Zack
9:00 or Dusk: Children's fluorescent mineral hunt
Saturday August 22:
Early AM: Complementary donuts and coffee provided to dealers.
9:00 - 4:30: Swapping and selling
9:00 AM: Collecting at the Powers Farm ($5.00 donation collected at the registration table)
5:00 PM: Auction of donated mineral specimens
Sunday, August 23:
9:00 - 3:00: Swapping and selling
9:00 AM: Collecting at the Bush Farm ($5.00 donation collected at the registration table)
2 PM: Drawing for Amethyst "Cathedral" Geode
3 PM: End of Show
Vendor costs:
Inside building - $30.00 per table for the weekend
($20.00 per table if you provide your own table)
General public admission:
Adults: $2.00
Children 12 and under: FREE
